so yeah. my bff and sis for life, janet, is going through a tuff time in her life. her heart is being pulled at, tugged at and i dont like it. she deserves the best and i dont like seeing her sad over guys. GUYS, nonetheless. but i got inspired over her situation and wrote a short poem. its sad, but its dedicated to my sissy Janet. i love yah girl, always know that. here it is...
Hands clasped over my heart
It beats for you
Tears brim at my eyes
Seeing you
Hearing you say
I don’t want you
I pull at the fabric of your shirt
Begging you to let me in
Into your heart, your world
Still you say no
My mind says move on
But my heart yearns for you
You say you love me, want to be with me
But all I get is the pain seething into my heart..

- i believe that this space cannot absolutely contain all that is about me. so i'll describe myself in a few sentences. my life as of right now is at a turning point. do i decide to do what i believe is something that i was destined for? or do i follow the path that was meant for me to follow? the path that was carefully molded just for me to timidly journey along? from my dreams to the insurmountable but unintentional pressure i receive from my parents, i chose to live its day to the fullest and hope that watever path i do follow, will be the right one for me.
